Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns
New, unused parts in original packaging.
Products returned with all accessories, hardware, labels, and documentation.
Incorrect items shipped by us.
Defective products covered by warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened fluids, chemicals, paints, or lubricants.
Parts that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of use.
Clearance or final-sale items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refunds
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any shipping damage or defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Photos may be required for claims processing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
