We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and cancel orders if necessary.
3. Vehicle Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that parts are compatible with their vehicle before purchasing.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before products are shipped or released.
5. Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
6. Installation and Use
Products should be installed by qualified professionals when appropriate. Lost Process Designs is not responsible for damage, injury, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated, products are sold with only the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Lost Process Designs disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lost Process Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products.

Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns
New, unused parts in original packaging.
Products returned with all accessories, hardware, labels, and documentation.
Incorrect items shipped by us.
Defective products covered by warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened fluids, chemicals, paints, or lubricants.
Parts that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of use.
Clearance or final-sale items.
Return Shipping
Inspection and Refunds
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any shipping damage or defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Photos may be required for claims processing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
